Dong Thap Electronic Information Portal reported that in the atmosphere of the May days, people's hearts turned to the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1809 - May 19, 2025), on May 19, the Standing Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee solemnly held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo; commend typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has had a profound influence, creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of Party committees, authorities at all levels, sectors and people of all walks of life in Dong Thap province.
Dong Thap organized more than 9,000 meetings, more than 1.4 million people attended the thematic study conference, with more than 431,600 cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees registering for cultivation, training, and setting an example; 847 good models, effective ways of doing things, and examples of "good people, good deeds" in many fields... Over the past 10 years, Dong Thap province has honored and rewarded 463 outstanding and outstanding collectives and individuals.

On this occasion, 29 collectives and 48 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW and their outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral and stylistic ideology in 2025.
