Cold air is about to affect, some places in the North will be below 15 degrees Celsius
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, a cold air mass is currently moving south from the North. Around the afternoon and night of November 17, this cold air mass will affect the Northeast; then affect the North Central region, some places in the Northwest and the Central Central region. The Northeast wind inland will strengthen to level 3, and coastal areas to level 4.
From November 18, the Northeast and Thanh Hoa will have cold nights and early mornings. The Northeast and Thanh Hoa will have the lowest temperature of about 20 - 22 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas it will be below 17 degrees Celsius. The average temperature is about 24 - 26 degrees Celsius.

Safety risks along Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highway
The Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway is 100.8 km long, the entire route passes through Binh Thuan province and was put into operation and exploited on the main route from May 19, 2023, and inaugurated on June 18, 2023. In mid-November 2024, traveling on a 5 km long residential road from km200 to km205 (the location where the rest stop is being used), reporters recorded many potential safety risks, originating from the people.
At km201 of Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet expressway through Ham Thuan Bac district, a man carrying a sack walked on the slope of the highway. Because the surface was inclined, this man held onto the corrugated iron guardrail of the highway to walk along the road and pick up scraps. At km204 overpass area, many cows grazed inside the highway fence. Somehow, the cows got through the highway fence and walked in the area between the highway fence and the slope.

The first cruise ship from Bac Hai arrives in Ha Long Bay
The first cruise ship on the Beihai (China) - Ha Long sea route arrived at Ha Long International Passenger Port at around 7:00 a.m. this morning (November 16).
On its first trip back to Ha Long after a long hiatus, the ship brought nearly 1,200 tourists.
The ship will anchor in Ha Long Bay until 6:00 p.m. the same day for tourists to visit Ha Long Bay and Ha Long City as well as some other famous tourist destinations in Quang Ninh.
