Lang Son declares natural disaster emergency at 2 irrigation lakes
On November 15, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to declare a natural disaster emergency at Keo Pang Lake, Nhac Ky Commune and Na Pia Lake, Bac Hung Commune, Van Lang District.
Due to the impact of storm No. 3, at the main dam area of Ho Keo Pang, the downstream slope has been eroded, the upstream slope is deformed and not yet solidified, and the slope coefficient is not uniform.
At the auxiliary dam, the dam roof along the center of the culvert at a position 3m from the water intake culvert has a hole about 50cm in diameter, the sinkhole tends to grow wider.
For Na Pia Lake, the downstream roof on the right side of the water intake culvert shows signs of seepage, subsidence, and swelling. A 0.7m deep, 3m long crack has appeared, and the seepage area on the roof has expanded to about 40m2; the body of the water intake culvert has degraded and leaked, causing unsafety for the dam.

Ho Chi Minh City will build a 4-lane elevated road connecting District 7 with Nha Be.
Ho Chi Minh City plans to build a 4-lane elevated road on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, connecting Nguyen Van Linh (District 7) to Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway (Nha Be District).
This is part of the North-South axis road project, one of five key projects to upgrade and expand existing roads under the BOT (build-operate-transfer) model, promoted by Ho Chi Minh City thanks to the special mechanism from Resolution 98.

Ambulance caught fire in the lobby of Nghe An provincial hospital
At 12 noon on November 15, an ambulance parked in front of the lobby of the Emergency Room of Nghe An Provincial General Hospital suddenly caught fire.
Immediately after discovering the incident, hospital staff used many small fire extinguishers to try to control the fire. However, the car continued to burn, accompanied by a column of black smoke rising high into the air.
While the fire was raging, loud explosions came from inside the ambulance, causing many witnesses to jump back in surprise.
