Hanoi focuses efforts on site clearance to build a road nearly 3.8km long and 21m wide
The project to build a road connecting National Highway 32 with National Highway 21A (Provincial Road 416) passing through Phuc Tho commune is a level II traffic project, belonging to group B project according to Decision No. 6110/QD-UBND dated November 26, 2024 of Hanoi City People's Committee.
Phuc Tho commune strives to complete site clearance work in March 2026 to construct Provincial Road 416, nearly 3.8km long and 21m wide.

Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 through Dong Nai put into use in 2029
On March 8, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just issued a document to departments and branches to urgently implement the conclusions and directions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the Ring Road 4 project in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the schedule, the component project strives to be completed in 2028 and put into use in 2029.
