20 km of the first Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway is ready for technical traffic
In December 2025, Mr. Le Huyen - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee directly inspected the preparation for the technical opening ceremony of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project. The Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project has a total investment of VND 5,632 billion, implemented in the period of 2022 - 2027.
Up to now, site clearance, compensation, and resettlement support have been completed, with 228.17 hectares of land handed over to the construction unit, reaching 100% of the plan. The Ha Thanh resettlement area has been completed; 36/36 locations of technical infrastructure such as electricity, water, and telecommunications have been relocated.

Lo River overpass in Tuyen Quang exposed exposed
The situation of An Hoa bridge located on provincial road 186, connecting Binh Ca commune and Binh Thuan ward, Tuyen Quang province, showing exposed pile foundations has appeared for many years and can be clearly observed when the water level of the Lo river drops. The structure of the piles supporting the foundations of the An Hoa bridge piers designed to be located deep under the riverbed is now open, and can be observed with the naked eye when the soil and protective sand layer is no longer there.
Due to the lack of protective sand and soil, many large rocks and garbage were dumped directly at the bridge foundation. Mr. Le Van Tuan (Binh Ca commune) said that in recent years, the Lo River has often had major floods, the erosion of the An Hoa bridge foundation has made people very worried.

Gasoline prices drop sharply from 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, December 18
In today's adjustment session, December 18, gasoline prices decreased simultaneously compared to the price adjustment period last week. Of which, E5 RON 92 gasoline is priced at VND 19,239/liter (down VND 376/liter). RON 95-III gasoline is priced at VND19,620/liter (down VND462/liter).
Prices of oil products also decreased simultaneously. Diesel 0.05S is priced at VND17,476/liter (down VND678/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND17,937/liter (down VND704/liter); mazut 180CST 3.5S is priced at VND13,160/kg (down VND233/kg).
