HCMC removes difficulties, grants pink books to 51 projects
The work of removing obstacles in granting pink books to commercial housing development projects in Ho Chi Minh City is being accelerated.
Reporting on the situation of removing difficulties in resolving the issuance of land use right certificates and ownership of assets attached to land (pink books) in commercial housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang - Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment - said that after 4 months of establishing the working group, this unit has reviewed difficulties in 80 projects with 49,438 apartments, houses, plots of land, and officetel.

Fraudulent tricks from unspoken calls
The Department of Information Security (Ministry of Information and Communications) issued a series of warnings about new scams that have appeared in the past week (from February 17 to February): Fraudulent tricks from phone calls without saying anything; Video fake scams; Fraudulent sales of electric motorbike batteries.
The Department of Information Security recommends that if people receive calls from a phone number that is not a regular landline or mobile phone number or not related to an organization or unit, they should be absolutely vigilant, do not listen and follow the instructions of strangers.
