Traffic police demonstrate how to drive in the overtaking lane on 2 highways
On the afternoon of August 21, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security said that from 2 pm on the same day, the traffic police force demonstrated the new traffic method in the overtaking lane on the Hanoi - Hai Phong and Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressways.
Accordingly, the left lane adjacent to the median strip (lane 1) is identified as the overtaking lane, for vehicles traveling at high speeds. The modeling is aimed at guiding drivers to correctly use the lane when participating in traffic on the expressway.
The Traffic Police Department requests drivers traveling on the two expressways to grasp information, comply with letting go, changing lanes and jointly implement the above method to form overtaking lanes, serving high-speed traffic.

Reasons why parents still buy textbooks even though Ho Chi Minh City lent them away for free
According to the plan to implement the policy of free textbooks (textbooks) of Ho Chi Minh City, in the 2026-2027 school year, the city will implement free textbooks according to the actual borrowing needs of parents and students. Educational institutions organize procurement, lend to students and recall books after the school year for continued use.

To prepare a source of books, schools are required to survey the borrowing needs of students and parents as a basis for organizing shopping.
However, the reality in recent days shows that many parents still have to buy textbooks themselves so that their children have books before the new school year. The reason is that Ho Chi Minh City will not issue a plan until August 14, while many schools have surveyed demand from July and the new school year is approaching.
