Taking advantage of the name of a sports club to organize Poker tournaments with transactions of hundreds of millions of VND per day, a large-scale gambling den at a 5-star hotel has just been dismantled by the Criminal Police force of Da Nang City Police.
On April 13, the Criminal Police Department (CSHS) of Da Nang City Police said that the unit had just coordinated with An Hai Ward Police to execute an emergency detention order for 3 subjects for the act of "Organizing gambling".

Ho Chi Minh City mobilizes 100 hospitals to provide free health check-ups for people

On April 13, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health said that it is expected that on July 14, it will coordinate with more than 100 hospitals to conduct health check-ups and screenings for people throughout the area.
Continuing the screening activities in response to National Health Day 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City health sector entered the second phase of deployment with a larger scale, simultaneously at 168 ward, commune, and special zone health stations. The launch is expected to take place on April 17, 2026, with the participation of a team of doctors and physicians from 101 public and non-public hospitals, including 6 ministerial and sectoral hospitals; 69 general and specialized hospitals of the city; and 26 private hospitals.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, this is the first time the city has synchronously mobilized more than 100 hospitals and the entire grassroots health system to deploy health check-ups, screening and disease screening activities at the same time.

The minimum score (floor score) for the high school graduation exam to apply for university admission in 2026 is a question that candidates are interested in.
According to Point 3, Article 6 of the Regulation on enrollment for training majors at the university level and preschool education majors at the college level in Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BGDDT dated February 15, 2026 of the Ministry of Education and Training:
The source of admission to the university-level training program is candidates with a total score of 3 subjects in the high school graduation exam (vocational high school exam for vocational high school students) in the years according to the admission combination (or using the scores of Math, Literature and another exam subject) reaching at least 15 points on a 30-point scale, applicable to candidates taking the graduation exam from 2026; this regulation does not apply to candidates who are specially considered for high school graduation and candidates specified in Clause 1, Clause 2 (points a, c, d, đ), Clause 3, Clause 4 Article 8 of this Regulation".
