Da Nang promptly rescues fishing boat in distress, bringing 12 fishermen ashore safely
On April 12, the Military Command of Da Nang City said that in the process of performing the task of independent patrol combined with seafood fishing in the 8th phase, the first 6 months of 2026 according to the Plan of the Military Command of Da Nang City, the fleet of ships ĐNa-91218-TS, ĐNa-91221-TS, ĐNa-91225-TS of the Standing Militia Flotilla promptly rescued fishing vessel QNg-48988-TS in distress at sea.
Initial verification revealed that fishing vessel QNg-48988-TS had a hole in the bottom due to an underwater impact, causing water to flood into the hold. There were 12 fishermen on board, captained by Mr. Tran Ngoc Duoc, born in 1973, residing in Hai Tan residential area, Tra Cau ward, Quang Ngai province.

Fine of 32 million VND for a bread shop causing food poisoning in Vung Tau
On April 12, the People's Committee of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) issued a decision to impose an administrative fine on Ms. L.N. T. B. T (born in 1977) for related acts in the case of a bread establishment on Do Chieu Street (Vung Tau Ward) that caused food poisoning for more than 100 users.
In which, Ms. L.N. T. B. T was fined 7 million VND for the act of using people directly processing food without a certificate of training in food safety knowledge; fined 10 million VND because the facility owner did not have a certificate of training in food safety knowledge; fined 15 million VND for doing a food service business without a certificate of eligibility for food safety (for individuals).
The total fine is 32 million VND, and Ms. L.N. T. B. T's business establishment is suspended from operation for 3 months.
