Overnight control of forest fires in Lam Dong
On April 10, Tan Hoi Commune Police (Lam Dong) said that forces overnight controlled and extinguished a forest fire that occurred at Yen Ngua hill, Tan Binh village.
According to initial information, the forest fire occurred at about 10 pm on April 9 at Yen Ngua hill, belonging to Sub-area 301A managed by Dai Ninh Protection Forest Management Board.
Initial statistics show that the fire caused damage to about 1.5 hectares of forest, mainly mixed trees, vegetation and reeds. Functional agencies are investigating and clarifying the cause of the fire.
Recently, due to prolonged hot weather and dry weather, many forest fires and production garden fires have occurred in the province. Fortunately, all incidents were detected and handled promptly, so they did not cause major damage.

Ho Chi Minh City proposes scanning cards and electronic identification to take free buses

To take the free bus, passengers must present their card or electronic identification (ID card, VNeID, bank card, e-wallet, MultiGo application...).
That is one of the 3 bus ticket exemption options being consulted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction with relevant units.
Among the 3 options proposed, the Department of Construction proposed choosing option 3 - the State budget directly pays all bus fares for passengers.
The payment cost is equal to the number of passengers using the service, classified and accepted according to each group of subjects, multiplied by the specific ticket price of each type of ticket (general ticket, student ticket).

Another person in the Gen Z fraud ring of 15 billion VND surrenders
On April 10, Lang Son Provincial Police said that the Investigation Security Agency is expanding the case of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" and "Money laundering" that occurred in 2025 in cyberspace, committed by Hoang Van Son and accomplices.
During the investigation, functional agencies determined that Nguyen Nhu Nghia (born 2002, residing in Tan Na village, Van Nham commune, Lang Son province) was related to the case.
After applying professional measures combined with propaganda and mobilization, on April 4, Nghia surrendered to the Investigation Security Agency of Lang Son Provincial Police.
