Hanoi issues flood warning on Cau, Nhue, Bui and Ca Lo rivers after storm Bualoi
Due to the impact of storm Bualoi, the Hanoi City Civil Defense Command has issued flood warnings on the rivers: Cau, Nhue, Bui and Ca Lo.
At the same time, localities are required to deploy measures to ensure safety downstream of Nui Coc Lake.
In the face of prolonged heavy rain due to the impact of storm Bualoi, the Hanoi City Civil Defense Command has continuously issued flood warnings on many rivers.
Specifically, level I flood warning on Cau River in Trung Gia and Da Phuc communes; level III flood warning on Bui River in Xuan Mai, Phu Nghia, Tran Phu, Quang Bi, Hoa Phu, Phuc Son communes;
Level I flood warning on Ca Lo river in the communes of Soc Son, Da Phuc, Thu Lam, Phuc Thinh, Quang Minh, Tien Thang, Noi Bai.

Fire broke out at a parking lot in Da Nang, many vehicles escaped

Temporarily postponing many cultural events due to storms and floods
In the face of complicated storms and landslides in the Northwest and North Central regions, causing many damages to people and property, the Organizing Committee of the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi for the first time decided to adjust the event time.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Document No. 5085/BVHTTDL-HTQT dated September 30, 2025 to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People's Committee on adjusting the organization schedule. Accordingly, the festival organizing committee considered and decided to change the organization time to October 10-12. The opening ceremony will take place on the evening of October 10 at the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center (Thang Long Imperial Citadel).
Along with that, the art program "Thanh am vong" by People's Artist Duong Minh Duc, scheduled to take place on the evening of September 30 at the Military University of Culture and Arts (Hanoi) has been postponed.
