In the face of complicated storms and landslides in the Northwest and North Central regions, causing many damages to people and property, the Organizing Committee of the World Cultural Festival in Hanoi for the first time decided to adjust the event time.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued Document No. 5085/BVHTTDL-HTQT dated September 30, 2025 to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hanoi People's Committee on adjusting the organization schedule. Accordingly, the festival organizing committee considered and decided to change the organization time to October 10-12. The opening ceremony will take place on the evening of October 10 at the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center (Thang Long Imperial Citadel).
Along with that, the art program "Thanh am vong" by People's Artist Duong Minh Duc, scheduled to take place on the evening of September 30 at the Military University of Culture and Arts (Hanoi) has been postponed. The organizing committee shared: "In the context of people across the country suffering many difficulties after the storm, artists cannot just live in their own joy. The organizers are sorry to announce the schedule change. Safety and sharing with the community are always the top priorities of the school and the soldiers and artists".
Many Vietnamese stars such as Dam Vinh Hung, Pham Quynh Anh, Bich Phuong... have postponed the release of new music products. Rapper Rhymastic also announced the postponement of ticket sales for the fan meeting event.
Currently, Vietnamese artists join hands to support people affected by storms and floods. The billions of VND were sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Central Relief Committee.
