Hanoi has no policy to exempt all-people bus tickets

Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced that Hanoi City has not yet had a policy to exempt bus tickets for all people.

According to Mr. Dao Viet Long, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Construction, there is currently no policy in the city to exempt bus tickets for all subjects.

Currently, Hanoi City is implementing a policy of toll exemption for large-volume public passenger transport vehicles for "people with meritorious services, people with disabilities, elderly people, children under 6 years old, and people from poor households", according to the provisions of Resolution No. 07/2019/NQ-HĐND dated July 10, 2019 of the Hanoi City People's Council on prioritizing the development of a large-volume public passenger transport system.

Ho Chi Minh City forest rangers use flycams to monitor areas at risk of forest fires

Faced with the complicated developments of the peak dry season in the South, Ho Chi Minh City is putting forest protection and forest fire prevention and fighting (PCCCR) in the highest vigilance to minimize damage to resources and the environment.

According to the assessment of Mr. Lam Tung Que, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Forest Protection Department, although the current forest fire warning level mainly ranges from level 2 to level 3, the actual situation is potentially risky due to dense vegetation accumulation. Just a small mistake in daily life, production or pilgrimage tourism activities can lead to unpredictable damage.
