Hanoi proposes to build a wastewater treatment system worth more than 4,000 billion VND
Hanoi City People's Committee has just submitted to the City People's Council for consideration and decision to approve the investment policy of the Wastewater Collection System Project for S3 basins and Phu Do Wastewater Treatment Plant in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), build-transfer (BT) contract type.
According to the plan, the project is expected to be built from the third quarter of 2026 to the third quarter of 2027 after completing the clean site handover. The preliminary total investment is about 4,037.8 billion VND.
