Mountainous slopes continue to slide, a commune in Dak Lak requests urgent evacuation of 242 households
On December 6, Mr. Vo Tan Truc - Chairman of Yang Mao Commune People's Committee - said that the Commune People's Committee had sent a report and recommended that the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee consider urgent relocation and construction of a resettlement area for 242 households in Ea Han village.
According to Mr. Truc, Ea Han village currently has 242 households with 1,230 people. Of which, there are 89 poor households and 45 near-poor households. All of the people are H'Mong people, free migrants from the northern provinces to live at the foot of Chu Yang Hanh mountain. During the recent flood, Ea Han village was isolated due to rising water cutting off the road. There were 6 houses swept away or buried in mud due to landslides.

Disburse about VND2,400 billion to compensate for the construction site of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 through the old Binh Duong
On December 6, the Land Fund Development Center is coordinating with 10 communes and wards to speed up the implementation of the component project of site clearance for Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, the section passing through the old Binh Duong area. This is one of the important transport infrastructure projects connecting Ho Chi Minh City with neighboring provinces. The project has been under construction since June 2025.

The project's site clearance is 27.83 km long and has some intersection locations. The area of recovered land is 250.46 ha. The project affects 1,598 households, individuals and organizations. It is expected that 300 cases will be resettled. The project passes through the wards of Tay Nam, Long Nguyen, Thoi Hoa, Hoa Loi, Binh Duong, Vinh Tan, Binh Co, Tan Uyen and Bac Tan Uyen commune, Thuong Tan commune.

Starting the operation of the Ham Nghi - Vung Ang expressway rest stop
Mr. Dinh Van Bay - Deputy General Director of Xuan Khiem Group Joint Stock Company - said that the temporary operation of Ham Nghi - Vung Ang Expressway Rest Stop in the North - South direction from December 6 is to meet the urgent needs of drivers for cleaning, dining, and resting after a long journey on the expressway.
It is expected that the entire temporary rest stop in Cam Hung commune with both directions North - South, South - North will serve, meeting basic needs for fuel supply, having toilets, dining services, and souvenirs in a few more weeks.
