Oil tanker explosion in Ninh Binh injures 3 people
On the morning of January 3, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Huy Doan - Chairman of Xich Tho commune said that the incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. on January 3 in Lien Minh village (Xich Tho commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province).
According to Mr. Doan, at that time, an oil tanker was anchored on the Boi River, passing through Lien Minh village. At that time, there were about 4-5 people on board cleaning and maintaining the ship when suddenly the ship exploded and caught fire.

Many measuring points around the West Lake area recorded air quality index at hazardous levels such as West Lake Compound AQI 437, Ciputra AQI 388, Quang Ba AQI 350, 26 Quang Khanh AQI 338, Dang Thai Mai AQI 340...
In particular, the Quang Khanh measuring point (West Lake) has an AQI index of up to 557 - exceeding the maximum threshold of 500 in the air quality index table.
