Red River dries up to bare sand, Lo River reveals underground rocks
The water level of rivers in the area at the present time has dropped low, the Red River is dry with bare sand, the Lo River is dry, revealing underground rocks.
After the last floods from October 2025, in recent months, the water level of the Lo River through Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho and the Thao River (Red River) through Lao Cai, Phu Tho has dropped low.
According to reporters' records in Phu Tho province, the locality has both rivers flowing through, the Red River is shallow with only sand at the bottom, and the Lo River is shallow with only underground rocks.

Opening of underpass worth more than 340 billion VND to relieve traffic jams at the Eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City

Hanoi increases more than 360 bus trips/day to serve the 2026 Spring Fair
From February 2nd to 8th, the Hanoi City Traffic Management and Operation Center will implement a plan to increase public passenger transport to serve the travel needs of people and tourists participating in the 2026 National Spring Fair.
Accordingly, the city organizes 6 bus routes directly connecting to the Vietnam Exhibition Center, including 2 operating bus routes (routes No. 43 and E10) and 4 reinforced bus routes. A total of 34 vehicles are mobilized, with 362 trips per day, operating in 5 main directions from the central area and the gateways of the Capital.
