Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant is releasing floodwaters, many people and tourists gathered on the banks of the Da River to witness the majestic scenery.
The loud sound of the discharge, each column of white water was launched straight into the river, foam spewed, and the steam rose coolly, blurring the glasses and phones.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thai (65 years old, Hoa Binh ward) said: "I have lived near the hydropower plant for many years, but not every year I get to see such a majestic flood discharge. Standing nearby to see how strong the water is, both beautiful and a little scary".

Tay Ninh receives 353 Vietnamese citizens returned by Cambodia
The Criminal Police Department of Tay Ninh Province Police said that it has completed the handling steps according to regulations for 353 Vietnamese citizens returned from Cambodia.
353 citizens have permanent addresses in 31 provinces and cities. Of these, 339 people left the country using passports, 14 people illegally crossed the border. No cases are wanted, wanted or banned from entering or leaving the country.
Working with the authorities, the citizens stated that they had found jobs through social networks and volunteered to go to Cambodia to work at casarios in Trapeang Phlong commune ( Ponhea Kreak district, Tbuong Khmum province).

Investigation into the case of a man stabbing a man and a woman, then burning a container truck and committing suicide
On August 15, Ho Chi Minh City Police are continuing to investigate the case of a man who died in a container and two others were injured in Binh Duong Ward.
The identity of the deceased man was identified as Mr. L.H.D (born in 1976, from Soc Trang province, formerly Can Tho city). Currently, the units are contacting Mr. L.H.D's family to bring the body back to his hometown for burial.
The two injured people being treated at the hospital are Mr. N.N.T (a container driver, from Thanh Hoa) and Ms. H.T.B.T (going with the container driver, from Soc Trang province, formerly Can Tho city).
