A large-intensity earthquake occurred in Quang Ngai, a house 150 kilometers away was still shaken
On the morning of September 11, information from the Institute of Geophysics said that at 1:36 a.m., a 4.5-magnitude earthquake occurred at the coordinates (14.900° North latitude, 108.256° East longitude), with a focal depth of about 8.1 km.
The earthquake occurred in Mang But commune, Quang Ngai province, and was determined to be at level 1 natural disaster risk. At 2:30 a.m. the same day, another earthquake with a magnitude of 2.8 continued to occur at the location (14.913° North latitude, 108.256° East longitude), with a focal depth of about 8.2 km, also in Mang But commune, Quang Ngai. This earthquake is assessed as a level 0 natural disaster risk.

Over the years, National Highway 91 has been degraded, often flooded during heavy rains or high tides, causing difficulties for people around the area. Notably, National Highway 91 (August Revolution Road) was deeply flooded during the high tide. This is a section of the route in the National Highway 91 Upgrade and Expansion Project (from Km0 to Km7) - a key project connecting Can Tho City with An Giang Province.
On the morning of September 11, the tide rose, vehicles were half-loaded when passing through National Highway 91. People struggle to control vehicles through deeply flooded sections. Many motorbikes stalled in the middle of the road, forcing the owners to get out and walk. Even cyclists cannot avoid difficulties when crossing the water lane.

Gasoline prices decrease from 3:00 p.m. this afternoon
In today's adjustment session (September 11), the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at VND 19,756/liter (down VND 95/liter). RON 95-III gasoline price decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, priced at VND 20,400/liter (down VND 39/liter).
Prices of oil products increased and decreased in opposite directions. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at VND18,643/liter (up VND170/liter); kerosene has a new price of VND18,368/liter (up VND54/liter); mazut is priced at VND15,090/kg (down VND286/kg).
