On November 5, Vinh Thuan District Police (Kien Giang) said that Binh Minh Commune Police had handled 6 teenagers involved in the act of throwing dirty substances into people's houses, causing panic and anger among the people.
6 teenagers aged 13 to 23, living in Vinh Thuan district and U Minh Thuong district.
According to initial investigations, this group of teenagers often rode motorbikes, carrying dirty substances along rural roads. When they saw the houses along the road closed, the group threw beer bottles, glass bottles and toilet cleaner into the houses, causing a loud bang, then left.
At the investigation agency, this group admitted to throwing dirty substances into people's houses in the communes of Binh Minh, Vinh Binh Nam, Vinh Binh Bac (Vinh Thuan district) and Minh Thuan commune (U Minh Thuong district).
Binh Minh Commune Police proactively worked with the families of this group. Because the teenagers were still young and had limited legal awareness, the Commune Police asked the families to cooperate in managing and educating them, while also overcoming the consequences and making the teenagers make a commitment not to re-offend.
