Ba Ria - Vung Tau - A store was fined 12 million VND for selling more than 1,300 cosmetic products of unknown origin.

On January 17, the Market Management Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province announced that it had fined a store in Vung Tau city VND12 million for selling cosmetics of unknown origin.

Previously, Market Management Team No. 2 conducted a surprise inspection of Bach Hoa T store (Ward 11, Vung Tau City) owned by Ms. D.T.B.N.

Upon inspection, the authorities discovered 1,312 cosmetic products with a total value of approximately VND19 million, without valid documents proving their origin. Therefore, the authorities temporarily seized and sealed all of the above goods, and made a record of the violation.

On that basis, the market management force issued a decision to administratively fine this business household VND12 million. At the same time, all the violating goods were confiscated.
