The Market Management Department of Ninh Binh province has just announced that Market Management Team No. 5 has conducted a surprise inspection of a business establishment in Hai Anh commune, Ninh Binh province, owned by Ms. P.T.S.
Through the inspection, the authorities discovered that the business household was selling many domestically produced cigarette products, belonging to the industry of conditional investment and business but without a license to retail cigarette products according to regulations.
In addition, the Market Management force discovered that the establishment was trading in more than 80 smuggled food products, including: height-increased calcium water, Jurassic bonus cakes, Ginbis filling cakes, children's seasoning nuts, durian bread...
The owner of the establishment stated that all the goods were purchased floating on the market. The estimated value of the goods was more than 3 million VND.
Accordingly, Market Management Team No. 5 has drawn up a record and issued a decision to fine P.T.S business household with a total fine of more than 15 million VND for the above-mentioned acts.
