On December 30, Da Nang City Police said that at about 1:20 am on December 30, Dien Ban Ward Police organized a surprise inspection of a dog slaughtering facility owned by T.V.Q. (born 1968, residing in Dong Khuong 1 block, Dien Ban ward, Da Nang City).
This is an establishment showing signs of slaughtering dogs of unknown origin, posing a risk of violating the law.

At the time of inspection, the police force discovered T.V.K. (born in 1989, Mr. Quoc's biological son), V.C.H. (born in 1993, residing in Khuc Luy block, Dien Ban ward) and N.P. (born in 1987, residing in Phong Luc Tay, An Thang ward, Da Nang city) committing the act of slaughtering dogs of unknown origin.
Through inspection, functional forces determined that the subjects had slaughtered a total of 29 dogs, with a finished product weight of 321.5kg. The working group made a record and temporarily seized all exhibits to serve the investigation and handling according to regulations.
Expanding the inspection, the police force continued to discover in the 2nd floor worship room area of Mr. T.V.Q.'s house 6 boxes of exploding fireworks, with a total weight of about 10.4kg.
Dien Ban Ward Police coordinated with the Economic Police Department of Da Nang City Police to make a record of arresting the person who committed the crime red-handed against T.V.Q. for the act of "Possessing prohibited goods" under Article 191 of the Penal Code.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified by Dien Ban Ward Police in coordination with the Economic Police Department of Da Nang City Police to be strictly handled according to the provisions of law.
