Registration time is 3 days, from April 17 to 19, 2026.
Day 17: Morning from 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM; afternoon from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM (organize registration for residential groups in Phung Chau and former Tien Phuong areas).
Day 18: Morning from 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM; afternoon from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM (organize registration for residential groups in Bien Giang area, residential groups 18 and old Chuc Son).
Day 19: Morning from 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM; afternoon from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM (organize registration for residential groups in Thuy Huong, Ngoc Hoa, and old Dai Yen areas).
Registration location at the Headquarters of the Military Command of Chuong My Ward (Chuc Ly residential group, Chuong My Ward, Hanoi City).
According to Chuong My Ward People's Committee, the implementation of military service registration, reserve soldiers, reserve technical vehicles and militia and self-defense forces is the responsibility and obligation of each citizen.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee requests citizens who have made call decisions to be present on time and at the registered location, when going, bring the Registration Call Decision, citizen identification card and birth certificate. Not accepting the reason for absence.
It is requested that the officials in the Ward Military Service Council, Party Secretary, Neighborhood Group Leader, Area Police, and Village Military Commander be responsible for propagating, mobilizing, and urging citizens who have had Registration Call Decisions in their residential groups to carry out registrations to ensure compliance with regulations.
It is requested that families with children on the registration list be responsible for urging their children to come to the above location and time to register.
Citizens who do not comply must bear full responsibility before the law.
