The Hall Project of Thanh Mieu Ward People's Committee, Phu Tho province is approved according to Decision No. 1165/QD-UBND dated December 25, 2025 of Thanh Mieu Ward People's Committee.
This is a project belonging to Group C, with a total investment of nearly 23 billion VND invested by the Thanh Mieu Ward Project Management Board.
According to the reporter's investigation, on June 15, the Thanh Mieu Ward Project Management Board issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 08: Construction and installation of the project.
Package No. 08 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 19.5 billion VND from the State budget and mobilizing other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after completing the contractor selection for the above-mentioned construction package, the construction unit will build the auditorium building of Thanh Mieu Ward People's Committee, with the following items:
First of all, the contractor will dismantle the degraded items, level the ground to create a new construction site.
After that, proceed to build a hall with a construction area of 700m2.
The 1st floor is arranged with warehouses, centralized dining areas, toilet areas, and cooking kitchens. The 2nd floor is arranged with a hall, common toilets, and the mezzanine floor is arranged with technical rooms and warehouses, effectively meeting the needs of multi-functional use.
The structure of the project is made of a load-bearing reinforced concrete frame; roof system of steel frame roofed with three layers of heat-resistant foam; doors and windows use aluminum door systems.
The technical system will be invested synchronously, including electricity, water supply and drainage, lightning protection, along with interior and sound equipment systems suitable to the scale and nature of the project, meeting usage and project safety standards.
The requirement for implementation progress for the bidding package is 270 days.
The project is invested by Thanh Mieu ward with the goal of ensuring to meet the needs of working and organizing state management activities in the area.
Thanh Mieu ward was established on the basis of arranging and merging the entire natural area and population size of the wards: Tho Son, Tien Cat, Bach Hac, Thanh Mieu and Song Lo commune of Viet Tri city (old), Phu Tho province.
