Accordingly, in order to ensure network security and proactively prevent acts of posting and sharing false and negative information during the festival, Lac Thuy Commune Police have strengthened professional measures, proactively grasped the situation in cyberspace, and promptly detected and prevented violating content.

Through review work, on April 21, 2026, functional forces discovered a Facebook account named "HL" posting articles containing toxic and harmful content, affecting the reputation of agencies and organizations in the area.
Immediately after that, the commune police proceeded to verify and clarify that the account holder was Mr. D. H. L (born in 1970, residing in Lac Thuy commune).
Working with the police agency, Mr. L was propagated and explained specifically the provisions of law related to network security and responsibilities when using social networks.
Clearly aware of the violation, this person voluntarily removed the post, and committed not to re-offend.
According to Lac Thuy Commune Police, proactively detecting and handling bad and toxic information early is important in maintaining a healthy online environment, especially during major cultural events, attracting the attention of a large number of people and tourists.
The police agency also recommends that people need to raise awareness, verify information before posting and sharing it on social networks; absolutely do not take advantage of cyberspace to post false information, distort, or insult historical and cultural values.
Violations will be strictly handled according to the provisions of law, contributing to protecting the image and sacred values of the Hung Kings Temple historical relic site.
