The Party Committee of Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City has just had a dialogue between the heads of Party committees and authorities with cadres and youth union members in 2026, in order to promote democracy, strengthen direct exchanges, and promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of young people.
Mr. Nguyen Ta Duan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tu Minh ward - emphasized the role of dialogue in helping Party committees and authorities listen to opinions from the grassroots level, especially the youth force - dynamic and creative factors, contributing to socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the locality.
The report shows that Youth Union work and youth movements have had many positive changes, and movements have been effectively implemented. However, there are still difficulties such as the rate of youth gathering is not uniform, facilities are still limited, and the demand for jobs and startups is increasing.
Many opinions focused on practical contents such as supporting loans, solving employment, vocational training associated with digital transformation, investing in cultural and sports facilities, improving skills and developing creative models. Youth union members also proposed mechanisms to attract young human resources, strengthen vocational training links with businesses, create sources for Party development and support the application of digital technology in Youth Union work.
Leaders of the Ward People's Committee and departments directly exchanged and answered many contents under their authority, and at the same time received recommendations to summarize and report to competent authorities for consideration.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Ta Duan requested agencies and units to continue to review and resolve legitimate recommendations, strengthen coordination in implementing youth support programs. The ward orients to promote green transformation, digital transformation, innovation, building green and smart cities, in which youth play a pioneering role.
