On February 13, the Youth Union - Women's Union of the Traffic Police Department, Tay Ninh Provincial Police, in coordination with the Youth Union of Tan Long Commune Police, organized the "Volunteer Spring 2026" program, combined with propaganda on traffic safety laws and giving gifts to children of grassroots security and order forces in the area.
At the program, traffic police officers informed about the traffic accident situation in the past time, analyzed the main causes of accidents, and at the same time disseminated basic legal regulations on road traffic order and safety such as traffic light signal systems, groups of signs including prohibition signs, dangerous signs, command signs and direction signs.
In addition, the content of propaganda also focuses on regulations on the age for driving motorbikes and mopeds; compliance with mandatory helmet wearing; guidance on safe driving skills for motorbikes, mopeds and electric bicycles; identifying common violations and risks of traffic accidents to proactively prevent them.
Students are also informed about common violations when participating in traffic such as running red lights, speeding, swerving, zigzagging, driving vehicles after using alcohol or not wearing helmets. At the same time, functional forces integrate propaganda on preventing and combating school violence; warning about methods and tricks of fraud in cyberspace; preventing and combating drugs; not buying, selling, storing, transporting, and using illegal firecrackers during, before and after the Lunar New Year.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 30 gifts, each worth 600,000 VND and 30 helmets to children of grassroots security and order forces, contributing to encouraging spirit and raising awareness of law compliance when participating in traffic during Tet.
