Digital solution ordering space
The digital transformation market (DTMarket) and platforms and solutions serving digital transformation, developing the science and technology market of Hanoi City are being shaped as a channel connecting practical needs with appropriate solutions.
Unlike demonstration technology fairs, DTMarket takes needs as the center. State agencies, businesses, cooperatives, and business households can bring to the "market" specific problems in management, production, and business. From there, technology businesses approach, propose plans and pilot implementation.
The core point of the model is to change the approach. Instead of technology businesses introducing products in a traditional way, those who need to proactively state the problem: digitalizing records, data management, process automation, traceability, corporate governance, e-commerce or logistics.
Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Le Van Tri - General Director of Learn to Leap Education Technology Joint Stock Company - said that the biggest difference when participating in DTMarket is that they no longer have to advertise discreetly.
Representatives of Learn to Leap also expect this model to help reduce selling costs and accelerate pilot implementation. "If the solution has been evaluated professionally and connected to the right target audience, pilot implementation will be more convenient. More importantly, we have more opportunities to access experts, improve products and expand scale when the model proves its actual effectiveness," Mr. Tri added.
State builds, businesses are the center
DTMarket is not only a solution trading space, but also associated with the Hanoi technology exchange and the city's science - technology and innovation business development programs.
According to the orientation, management agencies do not deeply interfere in buying and selling activities, but play a coordinating, supporting and creating a transparent environment. The goal is to form a chain of links from research, application to commercialization.
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung emphasized the substantive role of this model. "Local departments and businesses must consider DTMarket and Hanoi technology exchange as tools for digital economic development, proactively bringing practical needs, not doing it in a formalistic way," Mr. Dung said.
In the context that many small and medium-sized enterprises, business households, and online sales groups are still limited in resources, the "order - connection - pilot" model is expected to create a more substantial driving force for digital transformation. Businesses do not have to find solutions themselves in a fragmented market. Technology providers also do not develop products that are far from demand.
If operating stably, DTMarket can become a long-term platform, regularly updating new needs and solutions. More importantly, this model contributes to changing digital transformation thinking, from technology demonstration to efficiency measurement, from movement to specific economic value.
The digital transformation market (DTMarket) launched by Hanoi in early February 2026 is a specialized component of the Hanoi Technology Exchange. This is a place to connect supply and demand for digital transformation solutions, products and services.
