According to information from functional agencies, the 7A wind power plant is located in Quan The village, Thuan Nam commune, Khanh Hoa province, about 3 km northeast of Fire and Rescue Team Area 6.

The simulated situation was built that a large fire occurred at the substation of the factory. The cause was an internal incident during continuous operation, leading to localized electric discharge between the wire loops, causing a fire.
The pressure in the machine increased, causing the transformer oil to spill out, the fire broke out and spread along the cooling oil flow, covering the entire equipment.
The fire was determined to have an area of about 50m2, generating a lot of smoke and toxic gases, greatly affecting the health of the firefighters...
At the time of the simulated incident, there were about 10 people working in the substation area. Most of them managed to escape safely, 1 person was injured in the escape process, and there were no cases of being trapped.
The drill plan mobilizes forces and vehicles including 2 fire trucks, 1 vehicle carrying vehicles and specialized equipment. The enterprise prepares fire extinguishers and fuel to serve simulated fire situations.
The internship took place in about 30 minutes, divided into 2 phases. In the initial phase, the grassroots fire prevention and fighting force detected fire, warned, cut off electricity throughout the system, organized escape guidance, moved property and deployed initial firefighting.
