Supporting students in finding jobs
Sharing at the event, Dr. Bui Trung Ninh - Head of Student Affairs Department, University of Technology said that according to data from the online recruitment and job search technology platform JobOKO in 2025, in the world, about 87% of companies apply AI for recruitment processes, and more than 65% of employers use AI to recruit employees, and 24% of companies use AI to hunt for talent.

In Vietnam, 15.6% of businesses have applied AI systematically and regularly. Currently, about more than 60% of businesses are proactively testing solutions to apply to the recruitment of personnel in the past year.
From the above figures, Mr. Ninh believes that the development of technology and AI has caused many changes in the labor market. In that context, to support students in finding jobs, the school has built a Job Information Portal.
The system allows businesses to create accounts, post recruitment information, view and manage application documents and register to participate in events such as job fairs, seminars related to school recruitment,...

Students can create accounts, use career guidance tools (through multiple-choice forms) to know which industry they are suitable for,... In particular, students can create job application documents (CV) in languages such as Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese or English.
And the school will censor the accounts of employers and candidates, review recruitment news as well as post news, create events, introduce typical students and potential candidates to employers,...
Currently, there are 407 employers who have accounts and posted recruitment information on the system. Nearly 20,000 candidates from universities in Hanoi regularly interact and at the present time, our system records about 1,200 applications submitted to businesses' recruitment information" - Mr. Ninh said.
In the future, the school will continuously update on technology and features. The school expects to deploy tools using AI, allowing connection and synthesis of a large number of CVs of candidates, using AI to allow screening of CVs suitable for job requirements, helping businesses to choose candidates suitable for their recruitment field.
Along with that, supporting interviews or screening candidates using AI before implementation for the round of direct interviews with leaders of units as well as CEOs of corporations.
These are the technologies that we want to integrate into the system," Mr. Ninh expressed.
