Accordingly, at around 11:30 a.m. on June 11, the authorities found the body of Mr. V. D. H. (born in 1994, residing in Na Khui residential group, Muong Khuong town), who was swept away by floodwaters on June 8.
The victim's body was discovered more than 2km from the scene of the incident.
Immediately after the discovery, rescue forces brought the victim's body to shore, coordinating with local authorities to carry out the necessary procedures. At the same time, the body was handed over to the family for funeral arrangements.
The work of overcoming the consequences of floods is still being implemented by units to ensure the safety of the people.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, at around 12:00 on June 8, Mr. V. D. H. and his brother went to the stream to pick up the sidewalks and were unfortunately slipping, the brother was lucky enough to stick to the tree and get to the shore, and his health is now stable. Mr. V. D. H. was unfortunately swept away by floodwaters.
