Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council, Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association of Quang Ninh province - was absolutely trusted with 100% of the votes.
Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao was born on October 7, 1990 in Yen Tu ward, Quang Ninh province; has professional qualifications: Bachelor of International Trade Economics, Bachelor of Economic Law, Master of Public Administration; political theory qualification: Senior.
Participating in the Youth Union work since 2013, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao has held many positions at the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, such as: Specialist of the International Youth Union; Deputy Head of the Committee, then Head of the Provincial Youth Union Propaganda Department.
From 2022 to present, Ms. Thao has held the position of Deputy Secretary, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and is also Chairwoman of the Team Council and Chairwoman of the student Association of Quang Ninh province.
His predecessor, Mr. Nguyen The Minh, has just been transferred to be the Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Lieu Commune, Quang Ninh Province.
