On the morning of July 6, the Provincial Youth Union held an online conference on deploying a youth volunteer team to support the operation of the 2-level government model, a digital education program and participate in supporting people to use online public services at the grassroots level.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union discussed and oriented a number of key contents to concretize the plan to organize a peak period to support the operation of the 2-level local government model;
Deploy youth volunteer support teams with the core being union members, youth from agencies, schools, armed forces; students participating in summer youth volunteer campaigns; students returning for summer vacations in residential areas.
At the same time, discuss the plan to organize thematic training for youth volunteer groups to ensure the quality of support for people at 69/69 Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers.
The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also discussed and oriented 5 key areas of work in July 2025 and the tasks of the Youth Volunteer Summer Campaign to units and formations to ensure effective, widespread and practical implementation.
To effectively support the operation of the two-level government, immediately after the new commune and ward youth union was established, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union directed the deployment of 69 teams (in 69 communes and wards) with 1,870 union members and youth volunteers.
The participating teams support the settlement of administrative procedures and guide people to use online public services at commune-level public administrative centers.
