On July 5, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that the unit had organized a conference to deploy and unify important contents on the work of organizing the apparatus and key activities in the coming time, aiming to stabilize the organization and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of trade union activities at all levels.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing key contents to perfect the operating mechanism, direction and management of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee for the Trade Union Working Committee and the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee.
In particular, the conference clearly defined the functions of each Board and built a close coordination mechanism between the Boards, at the same time reviewed the Executive Committee (EC) and the Standing Committee, promptly assigned tasks and amended operating regulations to suit the new situation.
The conference also frankly acknowledged the difficulties and problems that need to be overcome soon, such as not being able to grasp the situation of the grassroots in some units in a timely manner, the assignment of specific and appropriate tasks to full-time trade union officials is still not optimal, as well as the arrangement of facilities and working equipment needs to be improved.
Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Danh - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor disseminated and directed the assignment of the Trade Union Working Committees to promptly complete and promulgate internal spending regulations and rules of operation, regulations on management and coordination of work between the Trade Union Working Committee and the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee. Notice of assignment of tasks to the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and union officials in charge of the Clusters. The Party Committee advised on preparing conditions to organize the Party cell congress on time.
The Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor also emphasized the requirement for each cadre and civil servant to promote a sense of responsibility, constantly strive to improve professional and technical capacity, proactively approach and effectively perform assigned tasks in the new context.
