At 10:15 PM on April 19th at Kim Ngan village cemetery, Vinh Thuan commune, Hai Phong city, the Vinh Thuan Commune Police Task Force inspected, discovered and caught red-handed 2 subjects committing acts of illegal drug use including: Nguyen Van Tuan (born in 1993), Pham Van Mot (born in 1992, both residing in Vinh Thuan commune, Hai Phong city, seizing 1 nylon bag containing 0.13 grams of Methamphetamine, some drug use tools and 2 motorbikes.
At the police station, Nguyen Van Tuan confessed to buying 300,000 VND worth of methamphetamine along with a set of drug use tools prepared in advance. After that, Tuan invited Pham Van Mot to Kim Ngan village cemetery to use it together. At the same time, Pham Van Mot also confessed to contributing 200,000 VND to Nguyen Van Tuan to buy methamphetamine, then both went to Kim Ngan village cemetery to use it together.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police has issued a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Tuan and Pham Van Mot for the act of organizing the illegal use of narcotics according to regulations.
