At around 12 noon on September 13, Long Binh Commune Police dismantled a gambling den in the form of cockfighting for money through a TV screen, at the cafe of Mr. Ho Thanh Hoang (52 years old, residing in Long Binh Commune, Dong Thap Province).
At the scene, the Long Binh Commune Police temporarily detained a Samsung TV, a Smart 4KTV Box, a Wi-Fi modem for gambling, 12 motorbikes, and 17 related people invited to the headquarters for questioning. In addition, the police agency also temporarily detained the subjects with 27 million VND and 6 mobile phones.
