    Ninh Binh - From the confession of the subject storing heroin, Hai Hung Commune Police summoned a drug buyer and seized an additional 5 packets of heroin.

    On July 18, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that through grasping the situation in the area, Hai Hung Commune Police had just investigated and clarified that Bui Van Dai (born in 1997, residing in Giao Phuc commune, Ninh Binh province) illegally possessed 1 packet of heroin.

    Through the struggle, Dai Khai asked Pham Van Duy (born in 1964, residing in Hai Hung commune, Ninh Binh province) to buy it for 600,000 VND.

    Conducting a summons and inspection of Pham Van Duy, Hai Hung Commune Police continued to seize 5 packets of heroin. Duy confessed to buying drugs for Dai and the remaining drugs were kept by himself for use.

    Currently, Hai Hung Commune Police have made records, sealed exhibits and coordinated with functional units to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.
