On June 2, at the Hall of the Party Committee of Hon Dat commune, the Traffic Police Department of An Giang Provincial Police coordinated with the People's Committee of Hon Dat commune and related units to organize a propaganda session, disseminating laws on traffic order and safety and guiding safe driving skills for about 300 students from Hon Dat High School, Phan Thi Rang Secondary and High School, Nam Thai Son Secondary and High School and the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center of Ha Tien cluster (facility 1).
At the propaganda session, officers of the Traffic Police Department disseminated the basic contents of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; regulations on the age of vehicle operators; regulations on mandatory helmet wearing when participating in traffic by motorbike, motorcycle, electric bicycle; common violations in school age and penalties according to current regulations.

In addition, students are also guided on safe traffic participation skills, how to handle common situations when traveling on the road, skills to control electric bicycles and electric motorbikes in accordance with regulations; and are also propagated about the harms of driving vehicles when they are not old enough, without a driver's license, speeding, carrying more people than prescribed and using phones when participating in traffic.
Through the form of visual and vivid propaganda combined with exchanges and asking practical situation questions, the propaganda session helped students raise awareness and awareness of complying with the law on traffic order and safety, contributing to building a safe traffic culture in school age.
