The new 5G package system includes two groups to meet all usage needs: the upgraded Internet access package from the previous 4G package and the free high-end entertainment package for sports and games.
For the group of Internet access packages, customers can choose the lowest cost per day package: 10,000 VND/day, receive 6GB of free data immediately; in case they need to use more, customers can choose a weekly package priced at 70,000 VND/7 days (8GB/day), helping users comfortably experience super-fast 5G speed.
In October 2024, Viettel pioneered the launch of the first 5G network in Vietnam and launched 11 prepaid packages and 8 postpaid packages for individual customers.
With the launch of a new package system with a cost of only 10,000 VND/day, Viettel believes that anyone can experience 5G service before deciding to use this new technology. The newly launched 5G package system enriches the product ecosystem to meet all customer needs. This is also a premise for 5G to become increasingly popular with all people, said Mr. Nguyen Trong Tinh, Deputy General Director of Viettel Telecom.
