The "Documentary Transaction Point" model deployed in Ho Chi Minh City is invested in upgrading infrastructure, modern equipment and applying digital technology throughout the entire service process.
A highlight of the new model is the complete digitalization of transaction records and processes. The electronic forms are automatically extracted by the system to customer information, customers only need to check, take the necessary documents and sign the confirmation directly on the electronic device at the counter. All transaction records are stored 100% centrally on the customer management system, completely replacing traditional document storage.
Cashless payment methods are applied synchronously. The payment QR code display system, customers scan the code and transactions are immediately recorded as successful, while automatically counterfeiting and bridgening debts on the system. The use of cashless transactions helps transactions be compact, safe and transparent in management.
According to VNPT, the documentless transaction point model fully serves telecommunications and information technology services such as VinaPhone mobile phone, VNPT broadband Internet, MyTV television, along with digital solutions such as SmartCA digital signature, OneSME platform for small and medium enterprises, as well as solutions serving business households.
Currently, the documentless transaction point model has been deployed by VNPT at 12 stores and will continue to be expanded in the coming time in Ho Chi Minh City as well as nationwide. The implementation of the model demonstrates VNPT's efforts in improving service quality and realizing the goal of taking customers as the center in the digital transformation process.
