According to speedtest 2025 Vietnam Internet Connectivity Report published by OOKLA - the operator of the speed limiting platform Internet Speedtest.net - Vinaphone is the fastest 5G network operator in Vietnam, with a speed score (Speed Score) of 78.11. Vinaphone's 5G trung-level download speed is up to 594.16 Mbps.
On the other hand, Vinaphone's moderate 5G charging speed reached 55.37 Mbps, with a 5G latency of only 30 Ms, providing a stable and fast online experience for users.
Not only making its mark on speed, this network also demonstrated outstanding 5G network stability with 95.9% - the highest among network operators in Vietnam.
According to speedtest users, Vinaphone has the highest satisfaction score in the market, at 4.08/5, surpassing other competitors.
In addition, Vinaphone's mobile network continues to maintain a stable position in the leading group in overall performance, especially in popular online activities such as watching videos, accessing the web and using high-speed applications.
OOKLA's report is built from millions of Internet speed tests proactively conducted by users in Vietnam on the Speedtest platform in the period of January - June 2025. The results reflect the overall picture of network performance in Vietnam, with increasingly strong competition between major network operators.
While Viettel continues to lead in overall mobile network speed and 5G coverage, Vinaphone is a bright star in the 5G market, standing out in both speed, stability and user satisfaction.
The report also pointed out areas with outstanding network performance in Vietnam. In the group of densely populated cities, Hue impressed with a moderate mobile download speed of up to 613.79 Mbps, while Da Nang ranked first in the country in terms of fixed Internet download speed, reaching 245.31 Mbps.
