This is an activity to promote the synchronous digital transformation process from the grassroots level, aiming to build a modern, close-to-the-people and effective e-government.
162 "digital soldiers" accompany the grassroots government
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that many communes and wards in the area are currently lacking IT human resources, especially in remote areas, so they really need professional support to implement digital transformation tasks.

According to Mr. Toan, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee have mobilized lecturers and students in the fields of information technology, software technology, data science, electronics and telecommunications, network governance and cybersecurity from universities, colleges and academies in the province, established a Digital Transformation Support Team and deployed KPI software with a total of 162 members.
These groups will directly go to communes, wards and special zones to accompany grassroots authorities in deploying digital applications, guiding the use of KPI software, supporting the implementation of Project 06, providing online public services and operating digital platforms for administrative management.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: "Each member of the support team must be a "digital warrior", making the most of their knowledge and skills to support cadres, civil servants and people; at the same time, absolutely comply with the working regulations issued by the Provincial People's Committee".
Mr. Toan also requested commune and ward authorities to create favorable conditions, closely coordinate with support groups, seriously absorb guidance, thereby improving information technology capacity, gradually effectively applying KPI toolkits in management and operation.
Bringing digital transformation to each commune and ward
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa, the support force includes lecturers and students in the 3rd and 4th years of universities in the province.
They will support the development of plans, implementation of digital transformation tasks and application of KPI toolkits in each locality according to the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee.
Support groups also directly train and guide the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, teachers and medical staff at the grassroots level in the use of administrative software, specialized applications as well as platforms to serve administrative reform and digitize public service records.
The synchronous deployment of digital transformation support forces is considered a strong step, demonstrating Khanh Hoa's determination to bring technology closer to the people, improve the quality of public services, and create a solid foundation for building a two-level digital government after the merger.
