    According to the initial information, about 14h the same day, a truck (unknown control plate) circulated on Ho Chi Minh road in the North - South direction. When coming to the intersection between Ho Chi Minh road and Dien Bien Phu street (in Dong Hoi city), the vehicle was suddenly overturned.

    The accident caused the car to be damaged, fortunately not damaging people.
