On the morning of December 22, a traffic accident occurred in Ea Wer commune between a truck and a passenger car, injuring 2 people.
According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 5am the same day on Provincial Road 1, through Ea Wer commune.
At this time, driver Hoang Ngoc Son (residing in Buon Don commune) was driving a passenger car on the above route. Next, the passenger car collided with a truck driven by Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat (residing in Tan Lap ward, Dak Lak province).
The strong collision caused the truck to overturn in the middle of the road, the front of the truck was crushed. Mr. Nhat and his wife were injured and trapped in the truck cabin. Discovering the incident, local people quickly broke the car's windows, took the two victims out and took them to the emergency room.
The driver and passengers on the passenger car were fortunately uninjured. At the scene, both vehicles had damaged the front end. The cause of the accident is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
