On July 8, Van Ban Commune Police (Lao Cai province) said that the unit had just coordinated with Market Management Team No. 8 to fine a frozen food business establishment for operating without registering a business household according to regulations.
Previously, on July 7, functional forces inspected the seafood and frozen food business establishment pre-packaged by Ms. L.T. P, residing in Yen Thanh village, Van Ban commune.

Through inspection, the facility owner could not present the Business Registration Certificate according to regulations.
The working group made a record of administrative violation for the act of "Not registering to establish business households in cases where registration is required according to regulations" according to point c, clause 1, Article 62 of Decree No. 122/2021/ND-CP of the Government.
For the above act, Ms. L.T. P was fined 7.5 million VND.
According to Van Ban Commune Police, business household registration is a mandatory requirement for establishments subject to registration, and also contributes to ensuring state management and protecting consumer rights, especially in the food business sector.
In the coming time, Van Ban Commune Police will continue to coordinate with the market management force to strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations of food safety and business activities, contributing to protecting people's health.
