Based on the famous script of the late author Luu Quang Vu, the puppet play "The soul of Truong Ba Da Van Meat" was directed by Meritorious Artist Le Chi Kien and artists of Thang Long puppetry Theater with many attractive and novel creations.
It is known that in 2016, "The Heart of Truong Ba Da Van Giam" was successfully staged and released by Meritorious Artist Le Chi Kien, winning the "Best Experimental puppet" award at the 3rd International Experimental stage festival.
Not stopping there, once again, Thang Long puppetry Theater hopes to bring puppetry a new breath, a new look with more daring and novel ideas, that is, besides puppets, puppets will be brought into the play by director Le Chi Kien in a vivid and attractive way.

Accordingly, the 2025 version of The Heart of Truong Ba Da Van Than has a contemporary feel when the director, Meritorious Artist Le Chi Kien uses modern language and life. The play uses many traditional stage art materials such as: Xam, Cheo singing, Chau Van, A Da and combines with new musical melodies such as Hiphop, Rap... promising to create more attraction for the audience.
In the 2025 version, "Truong Ba soul, meat products" has a new color when applying modern technologies, dialogue with language closer to daily life.

Director of Thang Long Puppet Theater - Meritorious Artist Tran Thanh Hien said that the construction of the puppet play "Truong Ba Soul of Flesh" is part of the plan to preserve and promote the art of traditional drama of Hanoi Capital in the period of 2021 - 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee. The play will be performed to serve the school stage, helping students have more profound and more specific experiences about the literary work staged on stage.
