From real stories about disputes, fake contracts, full authorization, buying and selling mortgaged assets... the book clearly analyzes the causes and shows how to prevent them. One of the dangerous traps mentioned is that the borrower is required to sign a real estate sale and purchase contract to "make news", leading to loss of ownership if the fake transaction cannot be proven. Similarly, a full authorization letter also poses a risk of losing property when the authorized person sells it to a third party immediately.
With more than 13 years of working as a land manager and 15 years of working in real estate, author Nguyen Tuan said that many people have fallen into poverty just because of lack of legal knowledge. The book therefore aims to equip the legal foundation and six steps to prevent risks when transacting real estate.
