On November 13, the Chan May Port Border Guard Station coordinated with Thua Luu High School to organize the "Ring the Law Ring" contest and presented 500 books to schools and students in response to Vietnam Law Day.
The activity aims to innovate the form of propaganda, dissemination and education of the law, promoting the role of cadres, soldiers, teachers and students in building awareness of the rule of law. Nearly 1,000 officers, soldiers and students participated in events such as book exhibition, legal propaganda and the "Ring the Law bell" contest.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Hong Tuyen - Deputy Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard - said that the program contributes to raising awareness, reducing violations of the law, building a strong area of security and order, contributing to socio-economic development, and strengthening national defense and security.
On this occasion, the Chan May Port Border Guard Station awarded 3 scholarships "Supporting your steps to school"; Lieutenant Colonel Le Hong Tuyen, authorized by Colonel Hoang Minh Hung - Commander of the Hue City Border Guard, awarded 1 scholarship to students sponsored by the unit.
