In recent days, local traffic congestion in Hop Giang area, especially during rush hour, has made many people feel tired.
Faced with the above situation, the People's Committee of Thuc Phan Ward has implemented a traffic diversion plan on some streets from November 3, 2025.
Accordingly, Hoang Van Thu Street will organize one-way traffic according to the time frame. Specifically, cars are prohibited from moving from Hoang Van Thu - Vuon Cam intersection to Hoang Van Thu - Xuan Truong intersection during the following hours: Morning: 6:30 am to 8:00 am; Afternoon: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily.
At the same time, Vuon Cam Street will put up signs prohibiting parking on one side of the road, prohibiting vehicles from parking on the right side of the route from the Stadium to Cho Xanh.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Hoang Khanh Duy (Thuc Phan ward) said: "We strongly support this policy. Limiting cars during rush hour will help the roads more open, making it more convenient for parents to pick up and drop off their children".
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of Thuc Phan Ward People's Committee - informed that the functional forces will be deployed to guide people and support traffic flow from November 3 to 5, 2025. After a period of propaganda, violations will be handled according to regulations.
The Ward People's Committee requests people, business households and residential groups to strictly comply with regulations to ensure traffic order and safety, and build a civilized urban lifestyle.
